Abstract


Near-infrared filter in military digital imaging , optical holography and optical technology applications very extensive, and therefore has a broad market and application prospect . IR cut filter has become an indispensable part of digital products , its performance directly affects the quality of digital imaging . In this paper, the IR cut filter in digital imaging products and works simply leads to the purpose and significance of the study of the infrared cut filter membrane . To achieve the IR cut filter in the high yield production , you need excellent coating design and production process to be guaranteed. Specific film system this paper expounded the basic principle of the film focuses on the existing specific production conditions , how relevant theory , based on the properties of the materials and the application of the conditions of the film and choose the right materials , and computational materials the actual refractive index, the coating design of the infrared cut - off filter membrane . The theoretical analysis of the film thickness uniformity of the distribution law .
