Abstract


Centuries in most countries as a typical representative of monopoly market power market is the generation, transmission , distribution and sale of electricity for one , all or most of the electricity supply monopoly of the operation by the State Ministry or the State Power Corporation . Monopoly drawbacks are emerging in the eighties of the last century States has embarked on the electricity market reform and the introduction of competition in the market mechanism as the overarching goal . The goal of the reform of the electricity market is to improve the efficiency of the operation of the market , which is more efficient electricity market . This article learn the theory of the effectiveness of the financial markets as well as domestic and foreign scholars about the validity of other market research , combined with the characteristics of the electricity market , proposed the concept of the effectiveness of the electricity market , and a detailed description of their characteristics . The same time , the paper unit root test , data envelopment analysis method to build a model of electricity market validation , and application of this model to an empirical test of the effectiveness of China's power market .
