Abstract

With the competition in the national electric power system reform further and uncertainties facing the outside world , the domestic power of the enterprise management level, measures the ability of the leadership of the increasingly high demand for the information required amount of data also requires more accurate , timely and adequate . Therefore , a complete and unified , real-time data transmission , full sharing of information across professional cross-platform integrated information system has gradually become the development direction . With the continuing escalation of the power marketing system is perfect , the system contains a large number of available historical data , the new approach is needed to analyze the data and take full advantage of Information Science and Technology , provide strong support for the marketing measures . Based on the investigation and practical experience of the district in Fujian Province Electric Power Bureau analysis , a way to calculate the verb theory is applied to the power marketing in new ways , and the data before the data into the model to take partitioning algorithm based on multi-dimensional subspace pretreatment, to ensure optimal data into the model to reduce the computational complexity based on computational verb theory electricity demand forecast . Computational verb theory of nonlinear characteristics , which can be applied to information processing in a non - linear system , electricity demand forecast based on computational verb theory is a feasible way to achieve electricity demand forecast nonlinear prediction can improve the electricity demand forecast speed. The experiments show that the computational verb - based prediction model has good predictive effect .
