Abstract


Since the reform and opening up , with the ever-accelerating process of industrialization and urbanization , there has been a large - scale population movements , these migrants to the formation of a particular social group - \This group is to make a contribution to the city's downtown , but can not enjoy equal rights and urban residents , the lack of effective protection of the rights of migrant workers , migrant workers will not only affect the survival and development , and is not conducive to social stability and economic development. Actively explore how to protect the rights of migrant workers , promote social equity , an important practical significance . Selected farmers in southern Jiangsu survey to understand the current situation and existing problems in the area of the rights of migrant workers missing , by survey depth interviews form post operation into four levels of the rights of migrant workers , in turn is the right to employment , the right to life and health , education, the right to development , the right to political participation covers four migrant workers living , working , learning , political participation in all aspects of specific rights , and analyze the performance and the presence of the four rights of migrant workers missing problems.
