Nowadays, in advancing the curriculum reform, the revolution of teacher’s philosophy and behavior is the prerequisite and guarantee for curriculum reform’s succeeding. Rural teacher’s professional level is relative low, and they are also lack of high quality training for the long time, so it is not easy for them to get quality of curriculum reform’s requirement. But the issue of behavior transformation never be noticed and resolved. On the other hand, biological sciences are faced with the situation of lack of attention, which block the reform’s advancement and also impede the rural teachers’ own development. Therefore, the research to the development of rural teachers’ behavior has important significance for their professional development and implementation of the biology curriculum reform.General teacher’s theory and practical experience is the basic of biology teacher’s behavior research, which belong to teacher’s education and specialization areas. Base on this characteristics, the article from the angle of secondary school teachers from rural area of East Guangdong, using literature, investigation and case study, through the questionnaire and interviews and other ways, make a research for rural biology teacher behavior under the present situation, and obtain the difference of their various behavior development among teaching age, major background, study degree and different teaching types. On the base of researching combined by quantity and quality, put forward some method and way which are based on personal practice literature, investigation and experience summarization. Helping local biology teacher how to know themselves better and exploring optimization strategy for good using for the development of teachers’ behavior from rural area.The article has three parts. The first part introduces the background and significance of this research, and describes the biology teacher behavior in the domestic and foreign research situation. Determine the purpose and solution of this research. The second part is the investigation and analysis of how to develop rural teacher’s own behavior from practical angle. We find the un-organized professional activity plays a very important role for rural biology teacher behavior development; their scientific research consciousness and researching abilities are relatively weak; various way of development are impacted by teaching age, professional background, degree and teaching types; and the occurred frequency of different development way is under the influence of teaching types. And the last one is the conclusion for the issues of this research and related solution. The author think that teacher training institutions should carry out training for the status of rural biology teacher; the administrators of rural secondary school should try best to create condition and environment for further developing of teacher’s behavior; rural teacher should make a schedule for behavior development according to their own personalities.
