Abstract

The valve train is one of the main moving parts of the internal combustion engine , and its role is in accordance with the requirements of the internal combustion engine , the timing open and close the intake and exhaust valves of each cylinder of an internal combustion engine , the smooth realization of the intake and exhaust . The quality of the internal combustion engine power output , fuel consumption , pollutant emissions and noise and vibration has a significant impact of the gas distribution agencies . With modern internal combustion engine to speed development of its gas distribution agencies increasingly high demand dynamics , and therefore carry the kinetics of gas distribution is a very meaningful work . In this paper, the actual situation of a certain type of internal combustion engine valve train test research topics , the internal combustion engine valve train dynamic main contents are as follows : 1 ) In accordance with the design drawings of the gas distribution agencies to establish the complete valve train three-dimensional model , and multibody dynamics model using ADAMS software to build a gas distribution agency . The model simulation analysis , the gas distribution agencies valve displacement , acceleration valve speed , valve , valve seat force of kinetic parameters , and the dynamics of the gas distribution agencies to make a preliminary evaluation . 2) take into account the impact of the motion the process of deformation of the components of the gas distribution agencies work , on the basis of multi-body system models , the valve push rod , rocker arm and valve flexible gas distribution agency - just soft mixed model of multi-body system , more valve train dynamic characteristics data , such as the rocker by the maximum load of stress , putting the dynamic strain . 3) the two kinetic model simulation results were compared , the analysis showed that : the smooth working of the gas distribution agencies ; deformation of the components in the operating speed range of gas distribution , The seated speed and seated impact in design allowed within institutions work has little effect . 4 ) for the specific object of study , the establishment of the valve train dynamic test bench , test new methods of valve train dynamics parameters and test components arranged in the article . 5) The design can be used for gas distribution agencies static stress calibration test and valve train system stiffness measurement test bench , complete with gas agencies static stress stiffness measurement calibration test and valve train system .
