Abstract


With the development of the times, the importance of human resources has become increasingly prominent, more and more countries and regions recognize that economic growth and development can no longer rely on the natural resources of the rich and quality of human resources is inexhaustible motive force for economic and social development, is valuable asset for economic development. Unprecedented attention human resources and personnel issues related to the important issues of a regional or even national economic and social development has become. In this paper, based on the review of the theory of human capital, economic development and personnel, industrial structure adjustment and personnel and research and learn from the experience of developed countries, economic development, industrial structure adjustment and college talent supply, analysis of the industrial structure adjustment and universities the relationship between the supply of talent, and then come to the relationship between the supply of industrial development and the appropriate college disciplinary talents. Combined with the the Chongqing industrial development trend of Personnel Demand, supply and demand forecast industrial development talent, both from the total talent supply and demand and talent supply and demand level talent gap analysis, and finally asked the college talent supply adjustment suggestions. The main contents of the study include: 1. Relationship between industrial development and college talent supply research. The part of the use of documentary research and comparative study of law, and to analyze the relationship come to the adjustment of industrial structure and college talent supply. On this basis, the use of a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis of Chongqing's industrial development and college talent supply relationship, and lay the foundation for later study. 2. Forecast the future Chongqing industrial development talent demand and supply of university personnel. On the basis of analysis of the the Chongqing industrial development trends and Personnel Demand forecasts total demand of talents of Chongqing's industrial development and talent hierarchy of needs, and make a prediction of the total supply of college talent and talent supply level. According to the forecast data from the total personnel and talent level analysis of the talent supply and demand forecast results. In order to make the colleges and universities of strong talent support for industrial development, the paper is given college talent supply adjustment suggestions. The main conclusion of this study is to: 1 industrial development and college talent supply has mutual promotion and mutual restraint relationship. Reasonable supply of talent to promote internal industrial structure optimization, on the contrary, to impede; industrial development will also be a direct impact on the employment situation of graduates of the university discipline, the its college talent supply requirements appropriate personnel training also contributed to the college to make adjustments. 2 Chongqing's industrial output value of university discipline talent supply has a great relevance, to prove industrial development and college talent supply has a complementary relationship. 3. According to projections, by 2015, Chongqing's industrial development personnel total demand of about 12.2 million people, the talent demand designed this research three levels of about 6.7 million people, 4.9 million, 0.6 million; in considering The the talent net outflow rate case, university personnel in 2015 the actual total supply of about 5.9 million people, specifically the talent of the three levels of the research the actual supply of 2.8 million, 2.6 million and 0.5 million people. Far to the levels of 2015, specifically industrial talent supply can not meet the demand for industrial development talent, colleges and universities can not provide strong talent support for industrial development. 4 colleges and universities of the cultivation of industrial personnel to be based on the needs of industrial development, to further improve the overall quality of the application-oriented talents and professional skills, and actively adjust the structure of its own personnel training, in order to provide a strong pool of talent for the Chongqing industrial restructuring.
