Abstract


In recent years , the Guangdong provincial government has decided to accelerate the first to carry out a comprehensive basis of livable urban and rural construction , network planning and construction of the Pearl River Delta Green Road accumulation of experience , which is the regional green space delineated and management . January 2010 introduction of the Pearl River Delta Green Road Network the overall Plan \The same time , cities will be the planning and construction of the urban greenway and community greenways , with six regional greenway Unicom , the formation of a multi-level network system of greenways through the Pearl River Delta cities and rural areas . Green Road in China started late , yet improve the maturity of the planning and design of technical guidelines available . In this paper, from the history of the Green Road on the origin of the greenway , the greenway construction of Slovenia, Japan and other countries , as well as some domestic research and practical experience of the city . Greenway research and practice conscientiously sum up to carry out the earlier experience of the countries and regions , the reference about domestic and foreign relevant standards , guidelines and norms as well as the actual case , the (trial) in the Pearl River Delta regional greenways and greenway Guangzhou , planning and construction guidelines presented on the basis of the concept of greenways , composition, classification, structure and function , summed up the the greenway planning the content and method . Detailed description and then focus on how to design and construction of the greenway part , to provide some examples of good practices , aimed at the formation of the positive significance of the greenway design points , construction , management and maintenance of uniform standards , to ensure that in building a short period of time to complete a certain scale greenway line . Panyu District Guangzhou Metro and the Asian Games Village Area is seeking about three years to build the 210 km - long greenway , and strive to basically completed before the Asian Games held in 2011 put in place in 2012 matured . Therefore, in the end of this article , combined with the proposed method and technical guidelines , Panyu District , Guangzhou City , greenways network planning and construction of the near future .
