Abstract


Large number of applications in the government and enterprises in the rapid development of the Internet today, with office automation technology, electronic information security become a hot research topic in the e-government and difficult. Electronic document as an important carrier for the storage and exchange of information, how to ensure the authenticity, integrity and non-repudiation of the user's identity has attracted wide attention. The digital signature technology is the basis of the theory and technology of information security is an important guarantee for information security. In the network environment, authentication services, data integrity and non-repudiation services. Depth study of digital signature technology and digital watermarking technology and solutions based on digital watermark technology the electronic signature the system (ESSW) the design and realization of a prototype system. The system is password-learning as the theoretical basis, relying on the PKI technology, combined with digital watermarking technology to achieve the seal of the electronic document, document validation, seal management functions. This paper first introduces the theoretical basis of the digital watermarking technology, elaborate on its definition, basic characteristics, the basic framework, performance evaluation methods, as well as the currently popular image processing technology - wavelet transform and fractal image coding. Second, the basic principles of digital signature technology is introduced to analyze and compare the digital signature algorithm in the digital signature technology, in order to meet the signature sequence flexibility and system simplicity needs, design a multi-signature scheme with the intention of signature. The digital watermarking technology electronic signature the system (ESSW)-based solutions, ensuring the security of the system at the same time, improve the system application easy scalability. Finally, the wavelet domain watermark embedding and extraction program, according to the texture characteristics of the image carrier, proposed an improved image watermarking algorithm based on human visual characteristics. Experimental results show that the algorithm not only has good visibility and has better robustness to common image processing operations. Good resistance to geometric deformation characteristics of fractal calculated for the traditional fractal coding large, slow speed, etc. inadequate, the improved EZW-based fractal coding watermarking algorithm, the algorithm is proved by analysis and comparison of the experimental data not only speed up and robustness than the traditional fractal watermarking algorithm.
