Abstract


Primary school culture as an important human cultural system as an integral part of basic education in the whole has an important position in the dissemination of human knowledge , knowledge innovation , personnel training and scientific research plays an important role in practice . It is through the school's core values, spiritual and cultural , environmental and cultural , institutional culture and the behavior of teachers and students together various cultures and cultural factors in order to standardize , hints, edification, enlightenment and management , etc., within the members of the school constraints and impact directly or indirectly affect the student's ideas , moral system , psychological personality and behavior , thus contributing to the moral, intellectual, physical, U.S., work in harmony with the overall quality of the overall development ; also dominated the philosophy of education teachers and education policy , and enhance teachers' professional happiness , accelerate business growth of teachers .
