Abstract


With the continuing rise of China 's fixed asset investment and the value added of construction , total construction contracting business in the course of business credit showed the impact of the development of the national economy and the construction industry has deepened . Although in recent years the country has made ??great achievements in the construction of credit system in the field of building , but the building corporate credit persists imperfections , especially as the construction industry reinforcements construction general contracting business credit . Credit issues in order to better solve the construction field , it is necessary to conduct in-depth study of the total construction contracting business credit evaluation problem , this paper is also in this context , the total construction contracting business credit evaluation system based on the theory of public governance theory the practice of combining exploratory study . In this paper, the theory of public governance as the theoretical basis of this study and the main line of research for the establishment of the total construction contracting business credit evaluation system provides a strong theoretical support . First , the whole process of credit evaluation system from the basic point of view of the theory of public governance as well as the total construction contracting business established two angles of view, to elaborate public governance theory applies in the present study mechanism , based on the literature analysis and investigation the questionnaire constructed a credit evaluation index system for total construction contracting business . Next, this article established a principal component comprehensive evaluation method and support vector machine combined total construction contracting business credit evaluation model and its evaluation of the accuracy of the numerical example , the principal component comprehensive evaluation model evaluation results not only as a support output vector machine model input data , based on user needs and can be used directly , the combination of the two under evaluation model for enterprises relative credit ranking as well as the corporate credit rating of two types of users can be combined with the demand to select . Credit evaluation index system and credit evaluation model based on the final build public governance theory contains credit information collection , screening , index system is established , the total construction contracting business of credit evaluation and credit information storage credit evaluation system , the establishment of this system to provide some reference for total construction contracting enterprise credit evaluation problem solve .
