Abstract


The historic district in the protection and renewal of cultural heritage has become urgent tasks . This thesis is based on cultural gene theory resolution through cultural gene in the the historic district instance Wudadao application , the essential characteristics of their culture excavated more accurate valuation and the level of planning and design guidance to achieve their cultural heritage. Aimed the Wudadao cultural heritage protection and renewal of the historic district in the method and the basis of learning from them . Firstly, by contrast to the course of development of Western protection Renewal Movement , Analysis of the historic district protection updated particularity and complexity as well as the national culture longevity , stability and universality ; along with the introduction of the concept of cultural genes through depth interpretation of the interpretation of the genetic theory of cultural significance in the protection and renewal of the historic district . Following this, in the analysis of five major road formation using the cultural gene analysis method on the basis of the development background decomposition refining the , Five Road Historic District Cultural gene is four genes for the history and culture , national character , architectural culture , environment, temperament , and four genes depth parsing of the characteristics , role , performance , and thus more accurate Wudadao the essential characteristics of the historic district and cultural and heritage elements. Finally , under the guidance of the essential characteristics of the five Road Historic District , combined contrast Discrimination of similar cases , the establishment of the protection and renewal of ideas , valuation and regulatory detailed planning and urban design practice . To form parsed by the cultural gene - culture essential characteristics obtained - the guiding practice - to achieve the cultural heritage of the whole process .
