Abstract

Fiber reinforced concrete is a new type of composite materials. Compared with ordinary concrete, fiber reinforced concrete tensile strength, flexural strength and abrasion resistance, impact resistance, fatigue resistance, toughness, crack resistance, anti-knock properties are improved, has been widely used in many engineering fields. Slag as a \In this paper, the same amount of slag replace plain concrete and fiber cement in concrete, slag preparation into slag concrete and fiber concrete, and around the slag slag concrete and fiber mechanical properties of concrete conduct research, the main contents are as follows: (a ) analyzed the domestic and Research on fiber reinforced concrete, engineering applications as well as fiber reinforced concrete crack resistance mechanism, summed up the slag in the cement and concrete research and application. (2) through the test, measured slag slag concrete and fiber concrete compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, flexural strength, modulus of elasticity and split TENSILE LOAD - lateral deformation curve and bending load - deflection curves to explore the fiber content, ash and slag concrete matrix strength rating on the mechanical properties, the establishment of the compressive strength changes with age calculation model, the statistical standard compressive and splitting tensile specimens and specimens of non-standard conversion factor between the intensity. Studies have shown that the addition of slag ordinary concrete and fiber improves the mechanical properties of concrete indicators; steel fiber reinforced concrete slag more significant toughening effect, making slag concrete splitting TENSILE LOAD - lateral deformation curves and bends load - deflection curves fuller; polypropylene fiber can also play some of the toughening effect, but the effect is not significant steel fibers. (3) test showed that slag concrete compressive specimen damage was significantly inverted cone and accompanied by a strong voice cracking, splitting tensile failure specimen was split in half; fiber slag concrete specimens only the surface compressive failure dregs from the skin, splitting tensile specimens also maintained after the destruction of a whole, not split in half, and accompanied by a noisy fiber pull-down and pull out the sound.
