Abstract


As a branch of plastic working field,sheet metal forming possesses an important place in the industry field of automobile,aviation,instrument and so on.Its state of the art reflects industrial modernization level of a country or region in some degree.Bending forming is very often used technics methods of pressing.It has much academic value and significance to study bending forming fo sheet metal.In the plate bending forming the most prominent question is the springback with difficulty accuracy control. Even if is the same trademark, wholesale plate, because the material performance and the craft condition undulation also can cause springback comparatively big change. The current manufacturing industry market development tendency is to the high accuracy, the multi- varieties, the small batch bending accessory demand increases day by day, but the raw material cost and the final product price difference gradually reduces, and competes day by day intensely, forces the manufacturing industry more and more intensely to pursue a higher productivity and the higher product quality.To the plate bending springback simulation, in view of the different craft parameter and the material parameter, studies in each kind of situation the springback change tendency, thus found the suitable parameter control springback, obtains high accuracy bending accessoryBased on sheet metal plastic forming theory,the stress distribution law is studied and elastic deformation of sheet metal is taken into account according to bending forming characteristics in this paper.Analyzing infection factor of U-free bending and cap-bending by using finite element method simulation .It analyzing how infection springback for punch and die radius、punch and die clearance、die span and material capability,etc .The paper analyzes the finite element method computer simulation by LS-DYNA ,insestigateing some main factors and their influence on springback,providing guidelines for tool design and simulation results ofspringback
