Abstract


Urban transport network, traffic information on traffic flow is a very complex and dynamic process. The essence of the traffic flow is a collection of personal travel decision-making, the travel traffic behavior largely determines the ATIS the new technology can be effectively utilized. For dynamic route guidance system, the most challenging task is to truly capture dynamic information on traffic flow, as well as the driver's reaction to develop resorted to Walker utilization and system management needs are unmet induced strategy.
