Abstract


2010 , known as China 's \Based the comprehensive portal sky microblogging , this year has been the rapid development of a new chapter opened up the development of China 's microblogging - Internet users enter the era of \Microblogging , social interaction tool for people to provide a low-cost platform for a free and equal expression and interaction . Equal right to speak is an important indicator of the degree of democratization of society . The advantages and characteristics of the microblogging change the distribution pattern of social discourse , will submit more right to speak to the hands of the citizens , to promote the process of democratization of society ? Through discourse theory , discourse theory , combined with the characteristics of microblogging and advantages of the analysis focuses on microblogging construct powerful civic discourse and limited . This paper argues that microblogging technology and its netizens behavior change does exhibit powerful microblogging construct civic discourse . At the same time , microblogging and pointedly noted that the limited nature of the citizens of the right to speak in the practical application of the process to construct , and detail from the micro and macro levels .
