The textbook is a manifestation of the syllabus, teaching activities by virtue of decisive influence to achieve teaching objectives. Primary language as compulsory education in basic subjects, students of the ideological and moral qualities and scientific and cultural qualities, and carry forward the outstanding culture of the motherland, and improve the quality of the whole nation, is of great significance. The language is a tool for discipline is also important to learn other courses to improve students' language literacy. Past language teaching materials, known as the \Today's dozen of textbooks or textbook is a \To conducive to student self-study. Shanghai two curriculum primary school language textbook (test), was over 150 bases of curriculum reform school in the city in September 2001 trial. I absorb and learn the primary language textbook writing theory and practice on the basis of the analysis of the elements and writing system of Shanghai two new curriculum textbooks, trying to objectively summarize the Shanghai textbook writing experience, refining and summarized Shanghai characteristics of textbooks, and pointed out its shortcomings, the to propose practical advice and suggestions for future textbooks modifications. This thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter of the development of the theory from the vertical angle of textbooks written of the sort that can be seen from the elementary school language textbook written historical trajectory, triggered the author's thinking. The second chapter from a horizontal perspective of foreign textbooks written concept and detailed analysis of China's primary language textbooks from the Western Zhou Dynasty began to use primary school language teaching materials prepared according to the curriculum standards, the content and form of development has undergone four stage, to find the Shanghai two curriculum primary language textbooks (test), the preparation of the guiding ideology and principles. The Chapter specifically addressed the the Shanghai two curriculum primary language textbooks (test), the preparation of the concept, content elements and detailed presentation of the way.
