Abstract


Now the Russia is the rapidly development economics country in the world and foreign trade usually plays an crucial role to it. However, some factors, such as political, economics and environments, often make an importance influence to the foreign trade. In order to maintain steadily development of it, the Russia has already taken some reasonable tariff and non-tariff measures, adjusting the structure of export product, taking into account the two market of Asia-Pacific and Europe, simplifying the troublesome procedures and improving the efficiency. Besides, it also take a series of combination of measures in foreign trade, making the Russia’s foreign trade to achieve the rapidly rebound after the crisis. and achieving harmonious relationship between the foreign trade, radiating broad, attracting many investors.Facing the new situation and change of Russia’s foreign trade, Our country should rationally determine the areas of trade cooperation, expanding the trade’s scale and further enforcing Sino-Russian cooperation in science and technology in order to achieve the introduction digestion, absorption, and re-innovation of Russia’s advanced technology. in order successfully to change our country from a big shift to trade power , we need to take effective energy cooperation, labor cooperation, innovation and cooperation model, to strengthen the sense of competition on the main micro-economic training and related industrial policies, to expand the independent of intellectual property rights, brands and high value-added export products and services, to enhance their ability to resist rise.
