Abstract


Lily is a well-known flower bulbs , bulbs with spontaneous sleep characteristics . Sleep characteristics and rapid method to break dormancy master lily bulbs , lily bulbs postharvest handling key successfully achieve key annual cut flower production . This study as test materials to the the oriental lily cultivars Concorde and the Sorbonne , to release dormant period changes of endogenous hormone and low temperature impact on the future growth and development of dormancy release expand research Oriental lily bulbs hypothermia , and lay the foundation for clear lily bulbs Dormancy mechanism lily bulbs for final settlement of domestic breeding , and provide a theoretical basis . The main test results are as follows : 1 . Morphological observation , clear lily bulbs during low temperature to break dormancy , the new shoots continue to elongate , height , or shoots sprout from the bulb at the top about 1.0cm growing point located bulbs upright 2 / 3 , this form indicator bulbs to break dormancy reference . 2 ° C cold treatment process Concorde in various parts of the endogenous hormone content were higher than the Sorbonne. 3.Sorbonne performance in different temperature process : highest GA3 content in the bud , followed by ZT content ; roots in the highest content of IAA , ZT content showed a downward trend ; IAA content in the outer layer , inner layer of scales will be affected by temperature gradually increased or decreased; inner and outer scales and bud ABA content and affected by temperature changes ; roots ABA content is very low , a downward trend . 4. Sorbonne under different temperatures , the buds in endogenous hormones change significantly . Sorbonne cryogenic processing hormone ratio changes with lily bulbs dormancy release in various parts of the bulb GA3/ABA IAA / ABA , ZT / ABA trend is similar . Hormone ratio buds throughout the treatment period presented lower - elevated the process of change , the root of the hormone upward trend , especially GA3/ABA, IAA / ABA more significantly , the hormone ratio in the inner and outer layer of scales smaller changes , in various parts of the hormone ratio in dealing with the former 7d significant difference , change the the lily bulbs handling pre temperature critical period of its impact . The field trials showed that 212 processing 50d is the best time for planting bulbs in the refrigerator for later 2 ° C for 50d plant height maximum .
