Abstract

With the growth of car ownership and road traffic accidents have become a major social problem worldwide . Every year , a large number of the population due to traffic fatalities , traffic to the lives and property of the people brought serious disaster . Traffic loss growing surge , study automobile collision safety performance , and improve the crashworthiness of the important issues of the national car industry . The world's major car producing countries have enacted stringent crash safety regulations and requirements of the automotive production and development must go through a strict standard . This paper analyzes the domestic and foreign automobile collision the development of computer simulation , to draw computer simulation analysis has a low-cost , low- cycle short , the advantages of repeatability . This paper describes the basic theory of the dynamic display nonlinear finite element involved include finite element for solving the governing equations shell elements, time integration with time - step control , hourglass control , contact the collision interface algorithm . In this paper, the finite element model of car in HYPERMESH and FEMB applied to the following five situations in which the boundary conditions and solve the control condition . (1) The first car to a speed of 50km / h collision rigid wall stress analysis is carried out on the vehicle , deformation analysis , acceleration and energy analysis , but also the important energy-absorbing components stress analysis , deformation analysis and energy analysis . The energy generated when the stringer during the crash occurred folding deformation , absorb a collision , the collision of the average acceleration of approximately 25g. (2) automobile collision with the pillars , the structural deformation of the front of the vehicle with the real vehicle collision results . (3) the frontal collision of the two vehicles at the same speed , the deformation of the two vehicles is nearly the same , the same as the rate of change of velocity and acceleration . (4) perpendicular to the two vehicles 90 ° of side collision, the larger the amount of deformation of the door crash , to constitute a threat to the vehicle occupant living space . (5) The two - car rear-end collision, the smaller this collision crash damage . Through analysis on five collision ways , combined car crash regulations and have to do the analysis , this model is more reasonable to analyze the basic result is correct , and laid the foundation for further simulation analysis of automobile crash . Finally, the work of this study are summarized , and the next step of the research work carried Looking .
