Grape is one of china’s major fruits. With good quality, Eurasian grape is well received by consumers. It is a significant subject that how to produce and spread the quality, efficient pollution-free cultivation of Eurasian grape in the South.This article summarized the development statues, problems and future direction of fresh grape in domestic and foreign; elaborated the key technologies and promotion methods of Pollution-free cultivation of Eurasian grape.Firstly, the key technologies had been searched through the follow respects: standard construction of the vineyard, pruning, flower and fruit thinning and branch thinning, bagging, fertilizer and water management, integrated pest management, harvesting and post-natal treatment and so on. This article mainly elaborated the standard of building the vineyard for the pollution-free cultivation of Eurasian grape and provided fairly complete technologies about Victoria. Building a good vineyard is the first requirements of cultivation of Eurasian grape. Pay attention in choosing garden, park planning, species selection, planting trench digging, base fertilizers using, building rain shelters, maintenance and disinfection of seedlings and so on. Otherwise, pruning of Eurasian grape is with short, mid and long pruning combined; flower and fruit thinning and branch thinning can air and light the trees, reduce the incidence of disease and improve fruit quality; bagging can effectively prevent or reduce the infection and damage of the diseases and pest and the remaining of pesticide; Eurasian grape need a large amount of fertilizer, to use a lot of base fertilizers with organic fertilizer most, timely fertilization and irrigation is important; the pest management of pollution-free cultivation of Eurasian grape should be based on agricultural, biological prevention, with chemical prevention aided; be strict with the quality during harvest, remove the pest damaged fruit, classify and package the fruit according to the standards. Secondly, the research summarized the promotion measures of cultivation techniques of Eurasian grape with the follow respects:considering of local conditions, selecting the adaptable plant, establishment of system, experiment and demonstration, focusing on advocacy and technical training, giving full play to the role of functional departments of agriculture, taking the market as the guide, finding the problems and the solution in Promotion.
