Abstract

Early developmental stages around coioides biology coioides Aberdeen juveniles feeding and growth characteristics coioides larval, juvenile stage morphological development characteristics, as well as temperature and salinity coioides juveniles growth and survival. The main findings are as follows: 10 December 2005 and 2006 in April, Fisheries College of Jimei University Aquatic Proving Ground, the morphological characteristics of the artificial cultivation of coioides developmental stages of larval, juvenile observation and description. According to the changes of the yolk sac, fin membrane, scales and a dorsal fin thorns, and pelvic fins long spines, coioides embryo development could be divided larval, juvenile fish and juvenile period of three periods. The average length of the newly hatched larvae 1.68mm (1.60 ~ 1.78mm). In nurturing the water temperature 21.0 ~ 28.5 ℃, salinity conditions of 24.8 to 28.3, the newly hatched Aberdeen fish to hatch after 5 days of age for early larvae, 3-day-old larvae opening; 6-day-old to 31-day-old after hatching as late larvae; 32 days after hatching to 68 days of age for juveniles; 69-day-old post-hatch into the larval stage. The dorsal second fin spines and pelvic fin spines grow and shrink is the most obvious change coioides during early development. Explore coioides Green grouper, grouper and red grouper Aberdeen, juvenile, juvenile stage in the development of the similarities and differences as well as coioides Aberdeen, juvenile, juvenile growth and development dangerous period of the process. According to 10 December 2005, the Fisheries College of Jimei University Aquatic Proving Ground test data, using ecological methods of artificial cultivation coioides larval fish feeding habits and growth characteristics. The results showed that the water temperature 26.5 ~ 28.5 ℃ when the larvae hatch first four days opening feeding, weaning food for oyster eggs Trochophore the future with the growth of fish, in turn fed Brachionus Artemia nauplii, copepods, surimi. 422 Aberdeen juvenile fish observed results show that the feeding rate of 95.1%, gastrointestinal plump coefficient fluctuated between 0.96% to 34.15%, the daily feeding index from 45.83% to 82.08%; their feeding has significant circadian rhythm, Larval feeding peak at 11:00 and 15:00, Larval feeding peak in 13:00 and 17:00, larval, juvenile fish at night basically does not ingestion; Aberdeen, juvenile fish significantly larger individual food organisms. selectivity. Intake (y) and the relationship of the weight (W) Y = 0.017W 0.198, the total length (LT) and age (D) in relation to LT = 2.229e0.038D, the weight (W), and age ( D) of the relationship of the regression equation as W = 0.063e0.130D, and the total length (LT) and the weight (W) W = 0.0047LT3.319. This article is to explore the growth and survival of coioides juveniles under the conditions of water temperature and salinity gradients and mutation. The results show that: coioides juveniles in seawater temperature of 15 ~ 32 ℃ can grow and survive, the optimum temperature range of 22 to 28 ° C. Coioides juveniles in the mutant condition within the temperature range of 14 ~ 32 ℃ 48h survival rate of 92.5%, including 100% survival rate of 17 ~ 29 ℃; gradient conditions, 12 to 32 ℃ temperature range up to 80% to 95% survival. Coioides juveniles of suitable salinity range of 9 to 39. Coioides juveniles in the salinity range of 4 to 39 in the mutant condition 48h survival rate of more than 95%, the salinity can not survive in 0:00; gradient conditions, 4 to 39 salinity range memory The survival rate of up to 91% to 100%, salinity survival rate of 14 to 39 in more than 98%.
