Safflower (Carthamus tinctorius L.) with a salt-tolerant and drought-resistant, strong resistance and other characteristics, is an edible, medicinal and industrial high-value cash crops. Abroad, safflower as an oil crops have been widely developed and utilized. China, in recent years due to the low yield of safflower, product development to keep up with other reasons, makes a substantial reduction in the area planted, is a typical \We collected the domestic representative of the 20 cultivars and comprehensive evaluation and analysis of its salt tolerance physiological and agronomic traits to field cultivation and management of safflower production practice guidance for screening and cultivating safflower fine varieties theoretical foundation and scientific basis. The main findings are as follows: 1. Using sand culture method, carried out on 20 the safflower varieties of seedlings of different concentrations of NaCl stress treatment, study the chlorophyll (Chl), malondialdehyde (MDA), soluble sugar (SS), soluble protein content and antioxidant enzyme (SOD, POD and CAT) activity changes, a comprehensive assessment of the membership function of its salt tolerance. The results showed: (1) With the increase in salt concentration, the Yanjin DaHongPao, the Baisha II, the Nanyang safflower, Yucheng safflower and Fengqiu Safflower chlorophyll a, b, and ab content showed a gradual downward trend, the remaining varieties showed first increased and then decreased. (2) under salt stress, of safflower seedlings malondialdehyde and soluble sugar content than the control were significantly increased, the soluble protein content increased to reduce; (3) under salt stress, POD and CAT activity changes with increasing salt concentration. similar trends generally showed a trend of increased and then decreased, and significant differences between different saline treatment, and SOD activity with the salt concentration trends are not obvious, and therefore can not be used as a reliable indicator of safflower tolerance identification. (4) Applications subordinate function obtained order of salt tolerance of 20 safflower varieties: Space One gt; the Heze short spines gt; Yixian safflower the gt; fengqiu safflower gt; the Baisha One gt; Shaanxi safflower gt; Nanyang safflower gt; the Baisha II gt; Bozhou safflower gt; Yucheng safflower gt; 3 Red Cloud gt; the Jiuquan safflower gt; Sichuan safflower gt; Ningxia safflower gt; Yanjin safflower gt; Xinjiang thorn gt; the Yasukuni safflower gt; the Yanjin DaHongPao gt; thorn safflower gt; Xinjiang without thorns. With gray related degree analysis of 20 safflower varieties of 12 major agronomic traits comprehensive description and quantitative assessment, a more comprehensive and objective evaluation of the pros and cons of the tested varieties (lines), the results show that with equal weight compared to the correlation degree sort the weighted correlation degree sort of assessment results to better reflect the varieties yield and other traits of the actual performance. Tested varieties Ningxia safflower traits best, and other rights associated with the degree of (ri = 0.9329) and weighted correlation degree (ri '= 0.9791) ranking first, followed by White Sands II (ri' = 0.7734), Shaanxi safflower worst performance (ri '= 0.6030). Comprehensive evaluation and varieties (lines) to a consistent performance in the actual production. Grey Relational Degree Analysis breeding new varieties of crops, the gray system theory validation guidance.
