Purpose of H19 imprinted genes belong to the human development study the H19 gene mRNA expression in cervical squamous cell carcinoma , and explore with tumor grade , stage, the correlation between the prognosis and biological behavior of disease recurrence . The method is applied first the limiting transcription polymorphism restriction sites (RFLP method ) compared 32 cases of cervical cancer , 24 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and 21 cases of normal cervical tissue , observed the H19 gene expression , and then using the reverse transcriptase - PCR (RT-PCR) detection of cervical carcinoma and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia organization , the H19 gene mRNA expression levels in normal cervical tissue . Results in 32 cases of cervical cancer tissue in 25 cases of H19 gene testing positive (78.13%) , 3 cases and 24 cases of intraepithelial neoplasia organization H19 gene testing positive (12.50 % ) in the control group of 21 cases of normal cervical tissue were positive expression . Cervical cancer tissue H19mRNA expression levels and the degree of differentiation , pathologic stage , recurrence and metastasis related (p <0.05). Conclusion H19 gene expression for determining the degree of malignancy of cervical squamous cell carcinoma is a valuable indicator . H19 gene in suppressing the occurrence of cervical cancer development plays an important role , a squamous cell carcinoma of the candidate tumor suppressor gene .
