Abstract


Objective: To explore the northern China Han , Mongolian incidence of chronic kidney disease and its risk factors . Method: select the 743 people in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, a county district Usual Residents survey as an object of study , the detection of renal damage index and related risk factors . Results: 743 cases with complete data resident in albumin incidence of 8.1% ; Han albuminuria prevalence was 6.2% Mongolian albuminuria prevalence was 6.4% . Related risk factors : the Han population prevalence of hypertension and diabetes prevalence were 53 and 20 , the prevalence was 32.3% and 12.0% , respectively ; Mongolian population , hypertension and diabetes prevalence were 227 and 70 , the prevalence was 39.2% and 12.1% ; compared with vegetarians , meat habits have a significant effect on creatinine . Multivariate Logistic regression Tip: hypertension , total cholesterol , and albuminuria . Conclusion: Northern Han , Mongolian chronic kidney disease incidence was 8.1% ; Han albuminuria prevalence rate of 6.2% , 6.4% of the prevalence rate of the Mongolian albuminuria . Related risk factors : the prevalence of hypertension and diabetes prevalence in the Han population were 32.3% and 12.0% , respectively ; Mongolian population , hypertension and diabetes prevalence was 39.2% and 12.1% ; compared with vegetarians , meat habit significant effect on creatinine . Multivariate Logistic regression Tip: hypertension , total cholesterol , and albuminuria . The results suggest that the northern China Han , Mongolian incidence of chronic kidney disease and its risk factors are basically similar to the large cities in China .
