Abstract


Purpose from the gastrointestinal hormone - motilin explore the psychological psychological factors impact non- erosive reflux disease ( non- erosive reflux disease , NERD ) incidence . Methods 14 patients without reflux symptoms by endoscopy and dynamic 24 - hour esophageal pH monitoring to confirm the healthy controls , 30 cases of patients by symptom assessment and endoscopic diagnosis, and combined with the 24 - hour esophageal pH dynamic monitoring or proton pump inhibition ( proton pump inhibitor , PPI ) test diagnosis NERD patients enrolled to participate in the trial . Radioimmunoassay was used to detect the level of plasma motilin (motilin, MTL) . Symptom checklist ( Symptom Checklist 90 , SCL- 90 ) and General Hospital anxiety / depression (Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale, HAD) emotions determination of mental state assessment table of selected candidates . Results 23 NERD patients ( 76.7% ) MTL level lower normal control three cases ( 21.4% ) , comparison NERD group and normal control motilin abnormal rate of P <0.01 , and motilin levels than normal controls (P <0.05 ); SCL-90 score results : NERD group parameters total score or average most higher than that of the control , but the level of various high and low scores with the control motilin levels no correlation ( P > 0.05 ) . HAD emotional determination : comparison NERD patients ( 13 / 30 , 43.3% ) and normal controls (1 / 14 , 7.1% ) , emotional positive rate was measured P < 0.05, Determination of the motilin abnormal rate with emotional positive rate was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion non- erosive reflux patients there are varying degrees of mental and psychological problems , a risk factor for non - erosive reflux disease may become a by affecting gastrointestinal hormone secretion .
