Abstract


In order to further discuss the blood pressure and hypertension target organ damage (TOD), the relationship between the dynamic blood pressure to determine the average level, blood pressure circadian rhythm, blood pressure variability and abnormal blood pressure load and the relationship between hypertension TOD, in this paper, the April 2006 to April 2007 in our senior cadre ward line ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) of 90 cases of primary hypertension patients were retrospectively study. The results showed that: 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure mean, each group parameters have obvious difference. Dynamic blood pressure mean is higher, the target organ damage. Circadian rhythm abnormalities "not bucket type" group of complications is obviously higher than that of the "scoop" type group. Blood pressure variability (BPV) in systolic blood pressure variation is given priority to, combined multiple organ damage group a simple hypertension group comparison, blood pressure variability big. BPV is independent of the average blood pressure level besides reflect the target organ damage index. Dynamic blood pressure load value (BPL) in the combination group organ damage more than 50%, combined multiple organ damage group BPL change more apparent. The results show that the average level of blood pressure, blood pressure circadian rhythm, blood pressure variability and abnormal blood pressure load and hypertension has close correlation between TOD ABPM, than I measuring blood pressure can better predict heart, brain, kidney and other vital organs damage.
