Abstract

Corn is one of China's major crops, corn aphid against corn pests. The previous crop resistance to aphids in sorghum, wheat, cotton and other crops, and grapes, peppers and other fruits and vegetables, corn aphid resistance study reported few materials of maize inbred lines aphid resistance rarely rare. The test maize inbred lines with different resistance materials associated with resistance in several activities of key enzymes, a number of phenolic secondary compounds, several nutrients and plant resistance and MDA, chlorophyll under different growth period inbred lines blades and Tassel trends, and a sense of emotional material aphid variation in isolation and wax content. Provide a reference to the period of maize inbred line identification of resistance and anti-aphid breeding. The results showed that different resistant inbred lines isolated state leaves and tassel POD activity gradually increased over time; liter In addition to the individual materials, the PAL active first drop, ASA-POD activity first increased and then decreased; PPO activity variation significantly different . Natural sense aphid, three types of emotional material PPO, POD activity in different periods of the leaves and tassel significantly higher; PAL activity was increased in the different periods of the blade and the decline and demise of the tassel; ASA-POD elevated activity in all periods tassel. The activity versus resistance variation in the different sense of aphid period very different part of the period there is a certain regularity. Three emotional material isolated state and natural sense of aphid state 9401 leaf PPO activity in the lowest period of decline and demise period, PAL enzyme activity in the lowest period of decline; 9401 tassel POD activity minimum, ASA-POD activity in the period of decline and demise the demise of the period of the lowest, showed decreased with decreases resistance. Different resistant inbred lines isolated state leaf soluble protein content \within the first rose and then dropped; overall with gradual increase in the total reducing sugar content in leaves, tassel mostly first drop after l; free amino acids, proline, total soluble sugar content in leaves internal causes are very different in the different material In addition to 99,028 liter after the first drop of free proline content in tassel, total soluble sugar content trends are first and then decreased. Aphid infestation will reduce the nutrient content of emotional material in different parts of the majority of the period. Leaves different resistant inbred lines isolated state of total phenols, flavonoids, anthocyanin content gradually increased with the growth period passes, the tassel total phenol and flavonoid content was down then up trend, tannins and tassel anthocyanin content change due to different material differences. The natural sense aphid three emotional material blades and Tassel secondary material content lift different parts and different periods. Isolation under different resistant inbred lines MDA content continues to rise over time; leaf chlorophyll, wax content changes there is a great difference. Aphid infestation led to emotional material MDA content decreased, resulting in increased the emotional material tassel MDA content in most periods; to induce chlorophyll and wax content elevated in most periods.
