Experimental Research of Regulation of Angelica Sinensis on Mice’s Sex Gland Function

Abstract


Objective: To observe the changes in serum sex hormones , the pathological changes in the endometrial and ovarian vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression , to explore the impact of the of Angelica injection of female gonadal function . Methods: 100 female mice were randomly divided into five groups , Angelica injection group , kidney and nourish liver Recipe group , urinary gonadotropin (HMG) group , the experimental control group and normal control group ( n = 20 ) . First four 60 < / sup > Co - γ -ray irradiation after 24 hours be Angelica injection , kidney Zi liver Recipe , the HMG and 0.9 % sodium chloride treatment , the same time the normal control group ( without < sup > 60 Co-γ -ray irradiation ) to give 0.9% sodium chloride treatment . Immunohistochemical analysis of VEGF expression in ovarian tissue of mice in each group , serum estradiol ,17-OH progesterone content by scanning electron microscopy mouse endometrial pathology change . Results: Angelica injection fluid group with kidney Zi liver group , HMG group , experimental control group and normal control group comparison ovarian VEGF expression increased and there are significant with difference ( P < 0.01 ) , kidney Zi liver group , HMG group and the experimental control group . ovarian VEGF expression were not significantly different ( P > 0.05 ) . Angelica injection group and experimental control group , HMG group , kidney and nourish liver group estradiol ,17-OH progesterone content were significant differences ( P <0.01 ) ; HMG group , kidney and nourish liver group and the experimental control group compare estradiol ,17-OH progesterone showed no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ) . Scanning electron microscopy showed that Angelica injection mice endometrial surface is covered with a dense micro hair structure was plexiform distribution growth the part slightly hairy lodging ; kidney and nourish liver Recipe group , urinary gonadotropin group and the experimental control group of small rat endometrial rough surface , covered micro hair flat the micro hair structure scarce and scattered . Angelica injection mice endometrial growth and development and significantly better than the above group of mice endometrial growth and development . Conclusion: Angelica injection of female gonadal function in mice with protection regulation .
