Abstract


Objective: To observe the righting Xiaozheng capsule combined with chemotherapy in a mouse model of Lewis lung tumor inhibition rate as well as the activity of NK cells and macrophages phagocytic function , anti-mouse lung explore righting Xiaozheng capsule mechanism. Methods: Lewis lung tumor strain subcultured after transplantation model , 50 C57BL / 6 male mice were randomly divided into : lung cancer model group , the cisplatin group , the righting Xiaozheng capsule group , righting Xiaozheng capsules combined group , blank control group 5 group , giving Chinese medicine orally and intraperitoneal injection of chemotherapy drugs to the determination of the activity of NK cells , macrophages , phagocytic function , lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and neutral red method and calculated righting Xiaozheng capsule on lung cancer tumor suppression rate changes. Results : 1 Lewis lung cancer mouse model group , NK cell activity , phagocytic function of macrophages was significantly lower than that in normal control group were statistically significant differences ( P <0.01 ) , the Chinese Medicines , cisplatin group , Chinese medicine plus cisplatin group, NK cell activity , macrophage phagocytic function than the model group were statistically significant differences ( P <0.01 ) , similar to traditional Chinese medicine group and cisplatin group , no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ) , but Chinese medicine plus cisplatin group of NK cell activity , macrophage phagocytic function was significantly higher than the cisplatin group , a significant difference ( P <0.01 ) . 2 , traditional Chinese medicine plus cisplatin inhibited tumor growth significantly higher than the Chinese Medicines , cisplatin group Statistically significant differences ( P <0.01 ) , but the the TCM group 's inhibitory rate was significantly lower than the cisplatin group , significant differences ( P <0.05 ) . Conclusion : of righting xiaozheng Capsule mice with Lewis lung antitumor effect of significantly enhanced tumor inhibition rate of chemotherapy , and in combination with the chemotherapy drug ; the righting xiaozheng capsule can significantly improve the activity of NK cells of mice with Lewis lung as well as phagocytic function of macrophages ; righting Xiaozheng capsules can antagonize chemotherapy drug cisplatin -induced immunosuppression , can improve the immune function of mice with Lewis lung .
