Abstract


The system of justice is increasingly highlights the major issue in contemporary social development process. This article select from Marxism people learn the angle research system of justice issues, is trying to open up a human perspective to go to grasp the system of justice research ideas, through the system of justice and humanity of the dialectical relationship, to explore a line with justice, humanity of the system for the construction of roads. This paper first examines the system of justice, people learn implication. History for a lot of institutional research in various disciplines system defined on the basis of combing through the Marxist ideological system, from the perspective of Marxism institutional understanding the rules of social relations. The emphasis on the different interpretations of history on justice issues, just thinking of Marx. On the basis of Marx's understanding of justice, from the perspective of Marxist Studies of Human understand the comprehensive development in accordance with justice.
