Abstract


Subjectivity of the Translator translation research community in recent years, more concerned about a topic, from the earliest to the original subject and readers the main translator main defined, is a major innovation in the translation history. With the establishment of the status of translators' subjectivity, the role of of translator subjectivity in the process of translation is more and more important for the translation researchers. On the other hand, Mr. Lin Yutang Chinese and Western China and the world literary language masters, many of his English novels have been translated into the national language as the medium of communication between Chinese and Western popular with readers all over the world. Moment in Peking' dissertation">Moment in Peking, its literary masterpiece is one of them. Moment in Peking and its two excellent Chinese translation from the point of view of the translator subjectivity comparative studies, the analysis of the constituent elements of its translator subjectivity embodied in the specific process of translation and translation also pointed out the similarities and differences and characteristics of the two translations. The article first chapter an overview of the translator subjectivity Research as well as the research object Moment in Peking and its two translations.
