Abstract


As a basic cell of the Chinese traditional public ownership system,the unit has a tremendous impact on the contemporary economy,politic and culture,as well as the fields of literature and art,and it also has far-reaching influence on the living condition,the life style and the behavior custom of the contemporary Chinese people.Literary work which takes the unit as the background of the story and the description object has an appreciable amount.In the new era,especially after the 1990s 20th century,a large amount of anti-corruption novels and "officialdom novel" are paid unprecedented attention by the general public.Chinese contemporary writers target the unit as the description object,unfolding the writers’observation,thought and imagination of the unit system.This kind of written behavior also contains the relationship of the writers’ unit status and the political ideology.Trying to inspect this kind of written behavior and to interpret their texts will help inspect how the new china and the entire social mechanism operate and control this kind of written behavior,as well as how this kind of function enters the texts by defined or subtly way and participate in the formation of the final text written.
