Abstract


Retranslate translation is an important phenomenon, especially in recent years with the emergence of retranslating climax, and the depth of translation studies carried out, to get wider attention. Looking at the retranslation of the study, most follow the traditional prescriptive paradigm, and more focus on the specific language of the text conversion, compare different translations, in order to make value judgments and to ignore theoretical study and support. The drawback of this research paradigm to stick to the so-called translation standards can not be fully and objectively explain this phenomenon. The cultural turn of translation studies to expand the horizons of the people, this article attempts to departure from descriptive research paradigm retranslating phenomenon be explained.
