Abstract


Repeated false advertising society resulting in a large number of consumers suffered phenomenon has attracted the attention of many scholars of jurisprudence and thinking , why the false advertising despite repeated prohibitions should first look at the existence of problems and loopholes in the legislation . The definition of paper attempts to acts of false advertising , the main responsibility of the legislative status quo , problems do a study , and the main responsibility for legislative improvements to propose ideas , the last reference to the U.S. government regulation of false advertising system to further improve China's system of government regulation . First discussed is the problem of the definition of false advertising , the constituent elements of behavior , including false advertising , to determine the principles and types . The focus of the paper is about false advertising the main responsibility of the legislative status quo , Problems and legislative improvements . The main task we face is not false advertising regulators and participants to avoid responsibility. The third chapter discusses the regulatory system of false advertising , the U.S. government regulatory system can learn the part , such as China should establish a special regulatory advertising executive body of the members shall be professional . Litigation systems in reference to the U.S. class action system , simplify procedures , and protect the interests of consumers in the maximum range of the highest efficiency .
