Abstract


Canoeing experience more than 30 years in China to carry out a comprehensive , twists and turns in the course of its development , the competitive level experienced a downward phase of the competitive level of the rising phase of the 1980s and early 1990s and the late 1990s . In the 21st century, China 's canoeing in the 28th Olympic Games gold medal . Judging from the current situation , canoeing level of competitive sports in China is in the stage of overall increase in the face of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games , the State Sports General Administration of key gold project support , facing unprecedented opportunities , but also means a huge challenges. canoeing in China at this stage of the overall competitive level is not high , the project penetration is low , the irrational structure of back-up personnel , employees in the level of awareness and lack of management capacity , poor training competition venues and equipment conditions constraints and influence the development and progress of China 's kayaking . Paper, literature , survey access , comparative analysis method , a preliminary investigation of the status of kayaking team , coaches , facilities , reserve forces , research conditions , and the power of our country and the world kayaking team regulatory agencies and practitioners as the main object -finding mission , comparative analysis . Trying to under review is to analyze the current development of China 's canoeing on the development experience of the power of our country and the world kayaking . Give full play to the advantage of the nationwide system , the use of socio-economic environment and the improvement of conditions , as well as an opportunity to prepare for the full launch of the Olympic Games security system planning and promote the development of canoeing , and put forward relevant countermeasures : 1 ) give full play to and use of the nationwide system advantage; 2 ) improve the national team management system and operational mechanism ; 3) to strengthen the building of the reserve forces ; 4) do a good job coaches selection , training and use of work ; 5) to strengthen management ; 6 ) to increase investment in science and technology , promote innovation ; 7 ) do a good job in training bases ; constantly improve the training conditions , living conditions and scientific support and security conditions .
