Abstract

The society is the man’s society, the whole aim of life is not to occupy matters, but for the man’s comprehensive progress. As an important content of the man’s comprehensive progress, the diathesis of sport is an absolutely necessarily target. Especially with the progress of economy level, man’s healthiness consciousness gradually strengthens. Strengthening sport exercise yet turns into a rational choice. And in the popular sports, the most handy and optional way is exercising in the community. So how to revitalize community sports is extremely important to the social life. And the communities are grass-roots units of the society, the harmoniousness of community can conduce to the harmoniousness of the whole society, so doing community sports well, consummation the management of sports, has very important academic and practical meanings to the construction of the social Harmonious Society.Community sports management is an important part of building a socialist harmonious society. A socialist harmonious society is the all-round development of society. The all-round developments of people include the ideological and ethical quality, scientific and cultural quality and health and the quality of their ability. Nationwide fitness campaign has been a significant indicator of the degree of civilization of society. Vigorously promoting community sports popular sports in China is the inevitable choice. Community sport is the most convenient and feasible means vigorously, promoting community sports popular sports in China is the inevitable choice. Construction of community sports management system is the protection of the sustainable development of community sport. Community sports management is the important role of building a socialist harmonious society. The socialist harmonious society we want to build is the proper balance society. Community is the basic unit of society and people’s basic living space, so harmonious community is an important way to build a harmonious society.In recent years, along with social progress and the continuous development of community sport, community sports has been operating at maximum capacity to meet domestic needs of different groups. However the growing sports in the community, the corresponding shortfall and difficulties still exist. First, the division is not clear to the community itself, which directly led to a clear understanding of community sports. Second, the community sports management mechanism is not sound. Community sports organization and management systems are incomplete, and difficult to converge the systems and community structure, the lack of legal construction of community sports. Thirdly, the community sports relatively scarce resources. This is administrators and guidance team is weak in community sports; community sports shortage of funds; and lack of sports facilities. Fourth, sports population constrains the development of community sport. This was reflected in the relatively low percentage of the number of sports, irrational structure; the lack of effective demand for sports people; and community sports management of the mobile population more difficult. Finally, there is an autonomous organization of community sports development is imperfect, formal community sports organizations and the lack of interface between the spontaneous community sports organizations.Based on these studies, in turn, improving community sports management, thereby promoting sustainable development measures for the promotion of community sport, is particularly important significance to the building of a harmonious society. First, the community must play a role in sports management functions, such as increasing community awareness of the sports consciousness, enabling residents of the sports community awareness and understanding. Second, we should establish and improve community sports management system. Thirdly, we should vigorously develop the community sports resources, including human, material and financial resources in three areas. We should train a high-quality personnel management, raise funds through multiple channels, and increase infrastructure construction. Fourth, we should make full use of resources within the community. Finally we should organize community sports actively. Meanwhile, we should make in-depth investigations and brainstorming, so as to find manifold sports mode.Community sports are in a strategic position in building a socialist harmonious society. Community development is a fundamental new era, and a key factor. The development of community sports is very important to adult sports system, and train members of the community responsibility, a sense of belonging, the organization and coordination of community relationships, and improves the quality of life of urban communities and the level of civilization. And will be of far-reaching significance major role in promoting the economic and social development of urban communities. Therefore, in building a socialist harmonious society, it is essential to develop the community sports, create outstanding community sports and cultural environment of the community sports, culture, and raise the quality of sports.
