Abstract


Along with the development of economy and social progress, people more and more pay attention to the healthy problem of oneself. and the instruction thought of " has already gone deep into public at the same time, the people satisfying spiritual life and physical life. However, the economic development, social progress also brought mankind a series currently of negative effect, these negative effects directly influence the mankind’s health.Wanting to work out the modern mankind’s healthy problem has to commence from people’s life style, make people voluntarily adopt life style of be advantageous to the mind and body health, attain the purpose of everyone health in the end. The important to of the sport is very people’s health. Science reasonable of athletics sport is the indispensable factor of being to raise life quality and promise healthy life style the. The athletics of science is a kind of important life style, it can regulate and improve a people bad habit, regulate people the mental state and the behavior within life appearance, be good for a mind and body health.Therefore, this thesis did a research for the actualities that influences the physical life style of the residents of Changchun. By using means of reference consulting, questionnaire investigation and data anglicizing, the thesis is on purposes of settling the following questions:1. Understand Changchun City residents the present condition of the athletics life style.2. Understand the athletics attitude of Changchun City residents.3. Analyze with study influence Changchun City residents the main factor of the athletics life style.4. Put forward a suggestion, be advantageous to the athletics life style of the city residents’ health by formation.The stat. result shows that:1. Through the R-gene analysis, physical sensibility, physical cognizing and physical inclining together composing the attitude structure of the residents in Changchun. Among them, the emotion experience factor is the most.2. Through the regress analysis, the elements that influence the physical activities are listed from high to low: living pressure, spare time and physical attitude.3. The physical attitude measures a result manifestation and the physical attitude which grows city residents in Changchun City is placed in better level.4. The residents in Changchun city the frequency of sport be small and exercise each time be little. The athletics population’s comparison is low and only share 23.1%.5. Changchun City all the athletics movable amenity choice with free of, the place of public welfare is lord, and the body appear movable place a not- regular characteristics.6.The residents in Changchun City the motive participate of athletics activity rowing fore 5 for of is strengthening figure and body, strongly building and reducing weight, adjusting motion, reliefing disease and liking to exercise.For improving live quality of people, we should adopt reasonable athletics life style. This thesis carried on more detailed analysis to the main factor which influences city residents athletics life style, hope to choose reasonable life style to provide for the city residents certain of reference.
