Abstract


This article applying the Chinese tradition philosophy thought, thematerialistic dialectics, the historical materialism and harmonious development view of the harmonious social as the theory basis, Chinese occupation basketball being developed being put in big structuring harmonious society of socialism is middle. Literature inquiry, the expert consult about by the document, wield systematic method and the logic analysis method , carry out analysis on the current situation that the present stage our country occupation basketball develops; Reach the major factor affecting our country occupation basketball harmonious development; And suggest that the present stage , certain range inner compromise countermeasure. Try to be able to provide certain theory and carry out a reference for Chinese occupation basketball harmonious, healthy development.The main conclusion is:1. Sports, in order to make contribution to structure a harmonious society, it must be harmonious first. Occupation basketball harmonious development is the social demands of current and even of the days to come.2. The connotation of Chinese occupation basketball harmonious development embodies mainly in three dimensionalities, they are: the harmonious development of occupation basketball human resources, of every part of basketball system, of the overall situation of occupation basketball and social development.3. By analyzing in three dimensionalities above the current situation of the operation system of Chinese occupation basketball, I have achieved the main factors that restrict the harmonious development of our occupation basketball. They are: mixing up the similarities and differences of athletics basketball and occupation basketball; People-oriented consciousness is light; Value tropisms are different among subsystems which administer the occupation basketball and administration manage consciousness is not strong; Law and regulation making is short of a stability; Every occupation basketball club strength is not equal, brings about competition being short of a suspense; Club’s region distributes is unbalanced; CBA occupation basketball league matches is short of necessary , forceful supervision.4. Chinese occupation basketball, in order to realize harmonious sustainable development, must insists on development that is advancing gradually, and by no means should we hold the idea of "the block of wood may have one battle", meanwhile, government should strengthen the macroscopic regulation and control; we need to perfect sports legal system laws and regulations construction; Building-up the reasonable property right system and the club interior government structure; Building-up a scientific, democratic administration and decision making system that fit for our country’s occupation basketball development in present stage; Reinforce investment, financing mechanism of occupation basketball club; Ask much channels to implement supervising to CBA; Building-up a reserving talented-person transporting system that has Chinese characteristics; adhere to the human-oriented concept, and build the guarantee system for the retired players.
