Objective: explore the of FHIT and DCP4 in expression and clinicopathological features of gastric cancer and gastric cancer, the significance of the development. Methods: application of immunohistochemistry SP method and semi-quantitative analysis method detected 30 cases of cancer surrounding mucosal tissue and 82 cases of gastric DCP4 and FHIT expression. Analysis and classification of gastric cancer pathology, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis. Results: 1 DCP4 and FHIT protein in gastric carcinoma positive expression rate of FHIT protein in gastric carcinoma positive expression rate of decline (47.56%), compared with the control group, a significant difference (p lt; 0.05). The positive expression rate of ≥ 60 years of age increased (57.41%), age lt; 60-year-old relatively significant difference (p lt; 0.05). Male and female positive expression rate whether a significant difference (p gt; 0.05). High, medium, poorly differentiated gastric cancer tissues positive expression rate was 75.00%, 69.76% and 17.14%, respectively, compare different differentiation of gastric carcinoma, poorly differentiated and well differentiated, moderately differentiated and poorly differentiated significant difference (p lt; 0.01 ), well-differentiated and poorly differentiated was no significant difference (p gt; 0.05). Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ period and Ⅳ gastric cancer tissues, the positive expression rate were 95.65%, 57.14%, 26.67% and 6.67%, respectively, different clinical stages of the comparison between the positive expression rate period Ⅰ and Ⅲ, Ⅳ period significant difference (p-lt; 0.01), Phase Ⅱ and Ⅳ period there is a significant difference (p lt; 0.01); in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ Phase Phase Ⅱ and Ⅲ period, Ⅳ stage and Ⅲ period compare no significant difference (p-gt; 0.05). Lymph node metastasis in gastric cancer tissues positive decreased (34.69%) and without lymph node metastasis significant difference (p lt; 0.01). DCP4 protein positive expression rate of decline in gastric cancer tissues (42.68%), compared with the control group, a significant difference (p lt; 0.01). ≥ 60 years of age, the positive expression rate increased (44.44%), age lt; compare 60-year-old was no significant difference (p gt; 0.05). Male positive expression rate was 47.69%, female positive expression rate of 23.53%, both with or without a significant difference (p gt; 0.05). High school poorly differentiated gastric carcinoma, the positive expression rate of 75.00%, 58.14% and 20.00%, comparing different differentiation of gastric carcinoma, poorly differentiated and differentiated significant difference (p lt; 0.01), well-differentiated and poorly differentiated, differentiation with well-differentiated no significant difference (p gt; 0.05). Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ period and Ⅳ gastric cancer tissues, the positive expression rate were 82.61%, 35.71%, 30.00% and 13.33%, respectively, different clinical stages of the comparison between the positive expression rate of Ⅰ and Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ of significant differences (p lt; 0.05 or p lt; 0.01), Phase II and III phase, Phase II and IV period, Ⅳ stage Ⅲ was no significant difference (p gt; 0.05). Positive expression in gastric carcinoma with lymph node metastasis was lower (36.73%) and without lymph node metastasis was no significant difference (p gt; 0.05). The 2 different gastric clinical stage FHIT and DCP4 of protein PI values ??compare different clinical stages of gastric cancer of FHIT and DCP4 of protein PI values ??were significantly lower compared with the control group, a significant difference (p lt; 0.01); different clinical stages of gastric cancer FHIT protein expression between the PI values ??compared with the clinical stage increased PI values ??decreased Ⅰ and Ⅱ phase I and Ⅲ stage Ⅰ and Ⅳ stage, Phase II and Phase Ⅲ, Ⅱ period - Ⅳ stage have significant difference (p lt; 0.01), Ⅲ and Ⅳ was no significant difference (p gt; 0.05). Different clinical stages the gastric DCP4 protein expression between the PI values ??compared with the clinical stage increased PI values ??decreased, Phase Ⅰ and Phase Ⅱ Ⅰ and Ⅲ stage Ⅰ and Ⅳ period, Ⅱ of stage Ⅲ, Ⅱ period - Ⅳ stage, Phase II and IV period were significant differences (p lt; 0.05 or p lt; 0.01) 3 gastric cancer in different pathological grade FHIT and DCP4 of protein PI values ??compare different pathological grade gastric FHIT expression significantly lower PI values compared with the normal control group, a significant difference (p lt; 0.01); weakened comparison between different pathological grading of gastric cancer, poorly differentiated and well-differentiated, poorly differentiated and moderately differentiated, FHIT expression with increasing pathological grade significant difference (p lt; 0.01), moderately differentiated and well-differentiated no significant difference (p gt; 0.05). Different pathological grading of gastric DCP4 expression PI values ??significantly with reducing, moderately differentiated, poorly differentiated and normal control group comparison there is a significant difference (p-lt; 0.01), well-differentiated and normal control group comparison no significant difference (p-gt; 0.05); , DCP4 decreased expression with increasing pathological grade, comparison between different pathological grading of gastric cancer, poorly differentiated and well-differentiated, poorly differentiated and moderately differentiated significant difference (p lt; 0.01), moderately differentiated and well differentiated no significant differences (p gt; 0.05). Conclusion: 1. DCP4 and FHIT protein expression abnormal gastric cancer clinical stage, histological grade, lymph node metastasis in certain internal relations, abnormal FHIT protein expression with age; 2 DCP4 and FHIT protein in gastric cancer biology indicators involved in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer, detection DCP 4 and FHIT protein expression has important reference value to judge the degree of malignancy and prognosis of gastric.
