Objective: The purpose of this project is to observe the efficacy and safety of ginseng Yang Rong Tang treatment of cancer-related fatigue , weak correlation for the clinical treatment of cancer , a new comprehensive treatment program . Research Methods: A randomized , controlled trial , will meet the inclusion criteria , 44 cases of qualified subjects were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group and the control group, treatment with recombinant human erythropoietin treatment group on the basis of the control group plus Yang Rong Tang , a total of 4 weeks of treatment with ginseng . Mainly simple fatigue scale score , the quality of life of cancer patients table score , score of TCM symptoms and laboratory indicators ( hemoglobin level , platelet and hematocrit ) is selected as the observation project . The resulting data are consistent with a normal distribution , t examination and x ~ 2 test was used for statistical analysis ; data not normally distributed , the Wilcoxon test was used for statistical analysis . Results: ( 1) The clinical total effective rate of 68.18% , 54.55% in the control group , more effective than the control group ( p lt; 0.05 ) ; ( 2 ) treatment group TCM syndromes total effective rate was 90.90% in the control group 77.27% in the treatment group than the control group ( p lt; 0.05 ) ; improvement of the quality of life of patients ( 3 ) treatment group than the control group ( p lt; 0.05 ) ; ( 4 ) laboratory parameters ( hemoglobin level , platelet there were no significant differences in hematocrit ) with the control group (p gt; 0.05), the two groups in the treatment of anemia improvement ; (4 ) during the treatment period , all patients were seen taking Chinese medicines adverse reactions , safety sex rated one . Conclusion : The use of ginseng Yang Rong Tang treatment of cancer-related fatigue can really improve the weak state of the patient , reducing its simple fatigue scale score , improve the quality of life in patients with safe, effective and inexpensive , and alleviate the suffering of the patient , it is worth further study .
