At present, our Army is being at the important historical turn of social transforming, strategic changing. New situation and new task give our Army severe challenge. To guarantee to satisfactorily fufil each task of preparing for the military battle of the new era, we must strive to investigate and master the characteristics and rules of the military political work of the new era, powerfully propelling reforming, constructing new ways of thinking so as to strengthen the sense of times, aims and effectiveness.So, this article studies the change of our soldiers and officials’ consciousness of master from two levels of theory and practice, analyzing the cause of its appearing and the aftermath and challenge it brings to our Army’s political work, starting from studying the change of the historical condition facing our soldiers and officials of the new era.
