Abstract

Since the mid-1980s, especially after the 1990s, as China's economic reform and the deepening of the social management system, the original by the government and enterprises turnkey overall social management and social service functions begin to differentiate and regression gradually transition to the properties of the \caused by a growing number of people with lofty ideals of concern. The paper is divided into three parts. The first part introduces the concepts related to writing reviews the development path of China's Urban Neighborhood. The second part of the theoretical basis and motivation of Urban Neighborhood remodeling.
