Objective: The prevalence of obesity is increasing worldwide public health problem, obesity has been confirmed not only chronic cardiovascular risk factors, recent studies have shown that obesity and hyperlipidemia are associated with Alzheimer's disease. However, with regard to the type of obesity and hyperlipidemia whether early cognitive impairment correlation remains uncertain. Therefore, analysis of the type of obesity and lipid status with early mild cognitive impairment (MCI) relationship, looking for a sensitive indicator affect cognitive function, mild cognitive impairment by screening and effective intervention is an important strategy for prevention and treatment of dementia . By studying this subject, \provide new ways to control dementia. Methods: \The survey data, the measurement of cognitive function 10 words delayed memory test as an evaluation method. By univariate and multivariate analysis of body mass index (BMI), waist-hip ratio (WHR), waist to height ratio (WHtR), waist circumference (WC), which reflect the measure of obesity and serum total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides ( TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-c), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-c) and other lipid parameters and delayed memory scores correlated with mild cognitive impairment Logistic regression evaluation measure with obesity and association between lipids. Results: (1) In addition to fasting glucose, the male and female gender in age, education, smoking status, drinking status, physical activity, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, hypertension and diabetes, lifestyle and physiological characteristics have statistically significant difference (P lt; 0.005); (2) With the waist-hip ratio increases, the male and female subjects 10 words delayed memory scores were decreased (p lt; 0.01), with body mass index, waist circumference, waist-high ratio increases, the female 10 Words delayed memory score also decreased significantly (p lt; 0.01). Whether male or female, 10 words with the delayed memory score only increased high-density lipoprotein cholesterol increased, but also with the serum total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol rises increased (P lt; 0.01); (3) Multiple linear regression analysis after adjustment for age, education, smoking status, drinking status, physical activity, fasting glucose, total cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein, systolic and diastolic blood pressure and other factors, in men and women show hip ratio, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol on 10 Words delayed memory score influential; (4) When the 10 word delayed recall score ≤ 3 points as the presence or absence of mild cognitive impairment Logistic regression analysis was performed by univariate and multivariate analysis adjusted for multiple models, with the waist-hip ratio increases in women suffering from mild cognitive impairment significantly increased risk, trend test (P lt; 0.01), When a high waist to hip ratio, women OR and 95% CI, 1.15 (1.03-1.27) for men and 1.22 (1.04-1.44); With the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol increased by women suffering from mild cognitive significantly decreased the risk of loss, trend test (P lt; 0.01). Conclusion: Central obesity is associated with impaired cognitive function, in order to evaluate cognitive function hip ratio than other more sensitive measure of obesity, decreased high-density lipoprotein cholesterol is a woman suffering from cognitive impairment risk factors.
