Abstract


Autism also known as autistic by the pediatrician in the 1940s found in clinical studies and confirm . The traditional view that autism occurs in early childhood psychological developmental disorder disease a great impact on the normal physical and mental development of children , most children the obstacles continue into adulthood . So far , the cause of autism is still in the exploratory stage , however , recent studies have shown that autism is not a mental illness or mental retardation , which may be a certain part of the brain's innate damage caused by abnormal social interaction behavior . Has been clinical medicine , there is no specific indications for the disease of autism diagnosis is made , it can only be through the strange behavior characteristics of autism research and observation , to make judgments . In recent years , in addition to genetic research , electrophysiological studies of autism is more and more extensive and in-depth . A large number of studies have shown that the anatomy on the basis of a variety of structural and functional model for the special symptoms of autism , which is more and more based on the theory of the basic functions of nerve cells in column \places to get the attention of the researchers . Based on the theory of the basic functions of nerve cells in column \evoked event-related potentials ( ERPs) in the the the autism test group and the control group , and the analysis and comparison of the two sets of event-related potentials ; further experiment multiple transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) non-destructive means of rehabilitation the autism subjects treated before and after experimental contrast multiple transcranial magnetic stimulation to explore the effect of rehabilitation . Experimental results show that the Gamma frequency oscillation in under special visual stimulation , autism EEG synchronization does exist exception; odd ball paradigm visual experiments also show that the main component of the event-related potentials of autism and normal control group compared there are also differences . These findings partially verified some of the assumptions of the previous studies , further confirmed the theoretical value of the basic functions of nerve cells in column \
