The boiler is most commonly used in thermal equipment, the requirement is a supply steam qualified to meet the needs of the load , so that the amount of boiler steam production . In this paper, the specific circumstances of the China Great Wall Aluminium Company thermal plant industrial boilers , research the following: use of boiler combustion characteristics of the boiler and thermal testing techniques , numerical analysis and calculations ; the reference operating experience in the establishment of the boiler combustion expert controller model ; integrated conventional control and fuzzy control technology to form the intelligent integration of industrial boiler combustion control technology . This paper , through the analysis of industrial pulverized coal boiler heat balance calculation model , the use of online thermal equilibrium , the total heat input , and the effective use of heat , heat losses, chemical heat loss from incomplete combustion , mechanical incomplete combustion heat loss , boilers, cooling hot loss of thermal efficiency , excess air ratio , wind speed , air flow and a wind shear circle calculation and boiler combustion efficiency , the impact of these factors . Get online calculation results , the process parameters provided by the combustion expert controller line detection system , as well as combustion calculation results , the use of diagnostic and operation countermeasures stored in the knowledge base , the reasoning output ; take advantage of the rule set corresponding rules , suggesting that the appropriate choice of control method operatives . Combustor calculation results are also used in the combustion control loop. Combustion control loop in the the traditional conventional control means , the combination of fuzzy control and PID control , the use of fuzzy intelligent controller integrated to obtain based on the mathematical model of control technology and control technology based on experience and knowledge in order to achieve a more advanced control control effect is difficult to achieve in the past . After the system was put into practice in the production of boiler combustion efficiency and stable operation , conducive boiler efficient and stable operation , yield saving target .
