Abstract


In order to achieve the scientific method of scientific research and identification of Chinese medicine and modern , the application of modern science and technology and methods has become the focus of Chinese medicine disciplines , it is closely related to human re- understanding of Chinese medicine , the experience of medical important step towards science and medicine , is to let Chinese medicine to the world is an important factor . This article using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy , and types of ginseng , quality, origin , and its authenticity , a detailed study . The main tasks are : 1 . Proposed a new sampling method Homology length ratio the end sampling method and ginseng identification iso Figure ginseng category FTIR method to quickly detect the same the baseline peak height ratios between calculated Law , so as to solve the problem of quality . 2. The main active ingredient of ginsenosides as ginseng , to draw the characteristic peak spectra of ginseng graphical analysis of various peaks , high ratio of relative peak and peak displacement law reference indicators as ginseng identification from discovery part of the law of the identification of ginseng . 3. As a means to study a number of quantitative and graphical analysis of the merits of : the ginseng species of divided ginseng origin distinction , ginseng quality , the distinguishing feature of a ginseng storage time of the active ingredients and the authenticity of ginseng .
