Abstract


Objective : To investigate the constipation of hypertension in patients with homocysteine ??(HCY) and high sensitivity C - reactive protein (CRP) level and blood pressure control . Methods: 46 patients with hypertension and Chief patients with constipation ( observation group) and hypertension clinical select not compatible constipation in 48 patients (control group) , the two groups were compared plasma homocysteine ??(HCY) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein ( CRP) level , the level of blood pressure control . Results: Compared with the control group , the observation group HCY and CRP levels and blood pressure levels higher than that of the control group , P lt ; 0.05 , the difference was statistically significant . Conclusion: constipation hypertensive patients plasma homocysteine ??(HCY) and high-sensitivity C - reactive protein (CRP) and the level of blood pressure control affect long-term prognosis in patients with hypertension have a positive meaning , suggesting that aggressive treatment of constipation .
