Objective To analyze the clinical features of severe H1N1 flu , to explore its treatment , and to provide the basis for the fight against the disease . Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 53 patients with severe influenza A H1N1 influenza patients , including underlying diseases , clinical manifestations , laboratory tests , chest imaging , treatment , prognosis . Result of severe influenza A (H1N1) predilection in the 20-40 years old , 20 cases ( 37.74% ) accompanied by a variety of underlying diseases . Fever in 51 cases ( 96.23% ) , and 48 cases ( 90.57% ) as the first symptom , multi accompanied by chills, cough , sputum, fatigue , chest tightness , and shortness of breath and other symptoms . The early onset of routine inspection leukocyte normal or decreased ; prompt chest radiographic findings in 33 cases ( 62.26% ) in patients with varying degrees of secondary bronchitis or pneumonia . Elevated serum enzymes : alanine aminotransferase (ALT) 9 cases , creatine kinase (CK) 21 . Neuraminidase (NA) inhibitor utilization rate of 100% , antibiotic utilization rate of 90.57% ( 48 / 53 ) . Average length of stay (7.77 ± 6.28) d. Patients with antiviral therapy and anti- infection treatment for the underlying disease , in addition to 2 patients left the hospital , and the remainder all were discharged . Conclusions Severe influenza A (H1N1) acute onset , the chest radiographic change , heart and liver are the most vulnerable , early diagnosis , early and aggressive antiviral treatment can improve the prognosis .
