In recent years, due to the trend of special-purpose vehicles and engineering vehicles to large, heavy development, makes heavy and super-heavy vehicles has developed rapidly. West highway and infrastructure construction, the automotive market will play a strong role in boosting, especially for heavy goods vehicles, a variety of heavy special-purpose vehicles, mining vehicles, demand will significantly increase. The heavy-duty vehicle steering performance directly affects the maneuverability of vehicle handling and stability and economy. The steering process requires that all the wheels are in pure rolling without sliding state, or only a very small slip. Otherwise, the excessive slip will increase tire wear, increasing the cost of use of the vehicle. Heavy trucks for long, only the design of the steering linkage in order to meet the reasonable requirements of the relevant national standards on automobile minimum turning diameter. Reasonable steering linkage can reduce steering resistance, matched with the appropriate hydraulic power-assisted steering, lightweight steering purposes. In this paper, the relevant knowledge on automotive theory and link kinematics in digestion, absorption, induction, summarizes the results of the previous system, a comprehensive multi-axis turning car steering trapezoid, the longitudinal transmission mechanism theory analysis, the establishment of multi-axis steering vehicle movement model.
